Return Policy

Are you not 100% satisfied with your order? No worries, we can do an exchange!

A few policies to note before seeing if you are eligible to exchange your item.

All exchanges processed within 14 days of the received shipping date are eligible for an exchange of a different size or color.

After 14 days, we will be unable to process any exchange.

All sales will be final.

*Please note: all discounted & sale items are final sale. No exchanges of any kind.

Exchanges can be completed by following the below steps.

1. Email FourthNeed@gmail.com with subject line "Exchange Request" with an email stating your name, order number, product you wish to exchange and reason for the exchange, (different size, different color, etc.).

2. If the product size or color you wish to exchange for is in stock, we will gladly send you a prepaid shipping label to return your product. If not, we can find you something else you might want to exchange it for!

3. Print and send product using return label sent to you by Fourth Need, we will process the exchange and your new product will be on its way!

(Please allow 3-5 business days for process to be completed)
